I'm so glad you're here!
I'm a former teacher, mom of two teens, east coast transplant, wife, dog lover, and sports enthusiast turned psychotherapist. I feel that therapy is my true calling in life; I love to help others to develop and nurture healthier relationships with themselves and with others. With years of experience in the classroom, raising a family, and providing school and community-based counseling, I've developed a unique skills set that grounds me as a well-rounded clinician. I work with all ages, but do feel that my niche is with teens and adults. Areas of expertise include: OCD and anxiety-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, women's issues, and poor self-esteem.
